1. Service Overview

Our company specializes in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) for hail-damaged vehicles. Due to the high volume of repairs following severe weather events, our scheduling and deposit policy ensures we can efficiently serve all customers.

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your appointment.

• This deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your repair once services are completed.
• Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
• The deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable, except where prohibited by law.

• Because of the high demand for hail repair during storm seasons, schedule changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Failure to provide adequate notice, or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• If you need to reschedule within the allowed timeframe, your deposit will be applied to the new appointment date.

• The $200 deposit will be applied as a credit toward your final invoice upon completion of services.
• Remaining balances are due upon vehicle pickup.
• Delays caused by parts availability, insurance approval, or other factors outside our control will be communicated promptly.

We take every precaution to perform paintless dent repair to the highest industry standards. However, PDR may not be possible for all types of dents or damage. We will inform you if any portion of the repair cannot be completed using PDR methods.

By paying the deposit or scheduling a repair appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
